Dear Friend,
The 46th annual A Fair in the Park, a contemporary fine art and fine craft festival presented by the Craftsmen’s Guild of Pittsburgh, will take place September 11, 12 and 13, 2015. We hope you will consider supporting one of the region’s most celebrated festivals so we can continue to advance opportunities for artists in the Pittsburgh region and beyond.

A Fair in the Park is held in the lush surroundings of Pittsburgh’s Mellon Park. An estimated 20,000 dedicated visitors enjoy the opportunity to interact with over 100 regional and national artists working in a variety of mediums including clay, fiber, wood, jewelry, glass, metal, mixed media, and two-dimensional art.

The Craftsmen’s Guild of Pittsburgh is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting craft in the western Pennsylvania/Tri-State region. Besides the Fair, the Guild presents exhibitions, workshops, social events, artist’s residencies, to the greater Pittsburgh community. The over 120 members of the Guild volunteer their time and artistic expertise to provide networking, education, consultation and mentoring for artists.

The Fair is a great opportunity to support the arts in our community. The longevity of the event speaks to the loyalty of its attendees and to the high quality of the artists exhibiting who come from all across the United States to exhibit and sell their fine arts and crafts.

Both visitors and participating artists agree: “Without doubt the best and highest quality arts festival in the region. Well done!” “2014 was the best Fair ever. Keep up the good work.” “Fantastic art, excellent music,
wonderful food and great children’s activities—all in a safe, beautiful and intimate setting.”
