2019 Children's and Hands-On Activities

The Craftsmen's Guild of Pittsburgh is pleased to welcome the entire family to join us in our annual celebration of the arts. We feel it is especially important for the experience to be fun and engaging for children, the artists and patrons of the future. It is never too soon to learn firsthand that art and music enrich all our lives.

In addition to the exceptional art, great music and fine food available at the Fair, listed below are activities and features planned specifically for the enjoyment of children and the whole family.

Using a mix of art materials, decorative paper, and chipboard, we will help young artists create a small piece of art about our local community. The art will be attached to a hexagonal frame, and the pieces will be hung together to create a beehive mural. The final product will be on exhibit in our store throughout the month of September!

We are thankful to BLICK for their support of our Kid’s & Hands-On Activity Area!
