Back by popular request of our exhibitors and patrons, the Craftsmen's Guild of Pittsburgh is pleased to announce thewide variety of dining options at this year's Fair. These options will include food trucks with diverse specialties, as well as other independent local vendors.

We are the Original Mac & Cheese Specialists, with a mobile twist…

Starting with a housemade cheese sauce, we cook to order batches of pan-heated Mac.  We provide a rotating, seasonal menu of meats & veggies to customize and mesmerize.  From traditional to unique, we are constantly adding to our selections of specials and toppings. 

We offer sides to accompany our Mac, such as our Fresh Rosemary-Garlic Handcut Fries and Seasonal Salads.

Pitaland (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Pitaland is a family owned business operating in the south hills area of Pittsburgh since 1969. We specialize in freshly baked pitas and Mediterranean specialties, as well as a full line of middle eastern groceries. We recently added a sit down cafe area where customers can order fresh made sandwiches, wraps and salads.

Randita's Organic Vegan Cafe

Wood Fired Flatbreads

We are Pittsburg's original mobile pizzeria!   We bring our authentic wood fired brick oven to private events, festivals and farm markets where we toss, top and fire your pizza on the spot. We cook at 800 degrees so your pizza is ready in just 90 seconds.  Wood fired pizza is crunchy on the top and bottom and soft and chewy on the inside. We cook with kiln dried hardwood, imparting a smoked flavor.   Come experience authentic wood fired pizza!

SouthSide BBQ (Saturday & Sunday)

Southside Barbecue Company–owned and operated by brothers Pat and Mike Joyce–bring together a combined 70 years of experiences in all facets of the food service industry. Pat and Mike have both been staples in the Pittsburgh dining scene since Franco’s catch.

The goal of the Joyce brothers is to provide the best barbecue possible using the skills and knowledge they have earned over the years. Though Pittsburgh born and bred, both have previously lived in the Carolinas and make yearly summer visits soaking up and studying Southern cuisine. With another brother in Memphis–the Barbecue “Mecca”–the Joyce brothers have been spotted chomping their way through the town. Pat and Mike are entering “Memphis in May,” the Super Bowl of barbecue competitions.

Zeke's Coffee Pittsburgh

Zeke's is a small batch coffee roastery and bakery, serving our community via markets, their cafe in East Liberty and and new drive-thru.

This year Zeke's will offer breakfast sandwiches for sale in the morning and sweet treats throughout the day.
