Though Pittsburgh born and bred, both have previously lived in the Carolinas and make yearly summer visits soaking up and studying Southern cuisine. With another brother in Memphis–the Barbecue “Mecca”–the Joyce brothers have been spotted chomping their way through the town. Stickler's Ice Pop Co.

Stickler's Ice Pop Company offers a variety of small-batch ice pops made with fresh fruit and all-natural ingredients.
The company started back in the summer of 2013 with a bike, some coolers and a fresh new product. For the first three summers of operation we were known as The Pop Stop. Since then, we grew out of our name and changed it to something more fitting to our commitment to quality. Our truck and carts have become a summer-time staple at farmers markets, festivals, fairs, and other functions throughout the Pittsburgh area. We have garnered both local and national attention as one of Pittsburgh’s premier food destinations.
Stickler's has always worked hard to be a health-conscious and environmentally responsible business.  We only use fresh fruit and all-natural ingredients. All our pops are gluten free and vegan friendly. The small amount of added sweetness comes from pure cane sugar. And, our pops never have artificial flavors or colors. The best part is, we do all this without sacrificing flavor or satisfaction.
